THE SIMON’S SUBLIME SMOKED SALMON DIP PACK CONTAINS:-
1 x Akaroa Hot Smoked Salmon – (contains 2 pieces approx. 120g-140g per piece). Akaroa Salmon are reared in the isolated, pristine and picturesque Lucas Bay. A deep water Bay near the entrance of the Akaroa Harbour on the east coast of the South Island.
1 x Lesieur Mayonnaise – 475g. Creamy and tasty, this French mayonnaise has a delicate flavour enhanced with mustard.
1 x Italian Salted Capers – 110ml. Packed in sea salt, these capers are plump and juicy.
1 x Tumeric Sourdough (frozen) – this delicious bread requires baking.
NOTE: You will need in addition to this pack – Lemon, chives, smoked paprika, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for the dip) and cherry tomatoes, cucumber or zucchini (for the garnish)
