These succulent Italian pork shanks are absolutely delicious! Best of all, they couldn’t be easier to prepare. Simply pre-heat your oven to 180-200 deg.C. Remove the shank from foil packaging and place into a small roasting dish with all of the juices. Bake for 20-30 minutes and your meal is ready! The meat just falls off the bone due to the long and slow precooking process. Each shank is 650gm of complete deliciousness!
Perfect as the base of a roast dinner and the leftovers are delicious in a sandwich the next day.
