Selectos De Castilla Spanish Foie Gras
98% duck liver emulsion with a nice taste of the wine grape Pedro Ximenez. It is quite subtle but very elegant in the palate. Perfect with champagne, cava or sparkling. Chill the tin minimum 1,5h in the refrigerator, open both ends, push out the cylinder and cut slices with a preheated knife.
Perfect as a starter with warm toasted bread and a fruity confiture to or just maldon salt. A slice or two on the perfect grilled read meat to give it that extra.
No added colorings, preservatives, nitrate salt, milk, starch or antioxidants.
